Overview
A Link-in-Bio page is a simple, beautiful landing page that houses all your important links in one place. Instead of sending followers to a single URL, you give them access to everything — your website, social profiles, latest content, products, and more.
Creating Your Bio Page

Open Link-in-Bio
In your dashboard at app.webb.in/bio, click + New Bio Page.

Set Your Details
Enter a title (your name or brand), an optional description, and pick an emoji avatar. Add your pronouns and location if you'd like them displayed. Choose a custom slug or let us generate one.

Add Your Links
Click + Add Link and fill in a title, URL, and optional icon emoji. Drag links up and down to reorder them.

Pick a Theme
Select from 6 themes: Default (purple gradient), Dark, Ocean, Sunset, Neon, or Minimal. Preview updates instantly.

Publish
Make sure the Published toggle is on and click Create Page. Your page is live immediately!

Managing Links
Add a Link
Click + Add Link and fill in the title, URL, and optional emoji icon. The link appears at the bottom of your list.
Reorder Links
Use the ↑ and ↓ arrows to move links up or down. The order updates in the preview instantly.
Disable a Link
Uncheck the Active checkbox to hide a link from your public page without deleting it.
Delete a Link
Click the ✕ button to remove a link permanently from your bio page.
Social Links & Contact Info
In addition to custom links, you can add social media profiles and contact details that appear as icons on your bio page.
Social Profiles
Add links to Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitch, Spotify, SoundCloud, Discord, Mastodon, and Threads. Each platform shows its real icon on your page.
Phone Number
Optionally add a phone number that visitors can tap to call. Displayed with a phone icon beneath your bio.
Location
Show your city, country, or region on your page. Displayed with a map pin icon so visitors know where you're based.
Emoji Avatar & Pronouns
Choose an emoji as your avatar instead of uploading a photo. Add pronouns (e.g. she/her, he/him, they/them) that appear below your name.
Custom Slugs
By default, your bio page gets a random 8-character slug (e.g. webb.in/bio/a1b2c3d4). You can choose a custom slug when creating your page:
- 3 to 40 characters long
- Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
- Must be unique across all Webb.in bio pages
Example: webb.in/bio/john-smith
Draft & Publish
Your bio page has two states:
Published
Your page is live and visible to anyone with the link. Changes are reflected immediately when you save.
Draft
Your page is hidden from the public. Visitors will see a "Page not found" message. Perfect for work-in-progress pages.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many bio pages can I create?
There is no hard limit. You can create multiple bio pages — one for each brand, project, or purpose.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you have a custom domain configured in Webb.in, you can point it to your bio page. Enter your domain in the Custom Domain field when editing your page.
Is there a limit on the number of links?
No. You can add as many links as you want to a single bio page.
Can I add custom CSS?
Yes. Advanced users can add custom CSS through the API to fully control the look and feel of their bio page.
What happens when I delete a bio page?
The page and its slug are permanently removed. Visitors will receive a 404 page. This action cannot be undone.
