Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Billing
Navigate to app.webb.in/billing in the user portal.

Select a Plan
Click Upgrade on the plan you want. You will be taken to our secure Stripe checkout.

Complete Payment
Enter your payment details. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the current period.
Downgrading or Cancelling
Downgrade: Your current plan features remain active until the end of the billing period. The lower plan starts on your next renewal date.
Cancel: Go to Billing > Manage Subscription > Cancel. You keep features until the end of your paid period, then revert to the Free plan.
Links are preserved: Existing links and their analytics are never deleted when you downgrade. Features like custom domains simply become inactive.
Invoices & Payment
Invoices are generated monthly and emailed to your account email.
View all invoices at Billing > Invoice History.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe.
Update your payment method anytime from the Billing page.
Failed payments are retried 3 times over 7 days before the subscription is paused.
